Those chaps over at Grindhead Records have released the line-up for East West DeathGrind Fest 3, which takes place on 26 November at the Sandringham Hotel.

Bastardfest is coming!

Soundworks Touring presents Bastardfest hitting Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Darwin, Auckland, Hobart and Adelaide this September and October!

The Sydney show features Extortion, Daemon Foetal Harvest, Psycroptic, Blood Duster, Pod People, I Exist and a whole heap of others... pretty serious stuff!

So while those other dudelz are off around Australia and taunting the women of Asia with their possible arrival, perhaps those in Sydney should consider rocking up to...

A night of grinding death, blasts and noise featuring Daemon Foetal Harvest, Burial Chamber, Granny Fist, Corpsickle and Lower Back Problems (who I believe are quite new but feature members of numerous bands of yesteryear).

I couldn't find much of anything else out there to do this weekend. There's just some sucky cover bands (both the band they are covering and the cover band itself suck) and boring 'indie' DJs. Do you want to waste your time and money on those things?!?!?

Grindhead Records are also offering their release Gutted With Broken Glass for free to the first 50 people and all other releases on sale at the merch desk for a very tasty $5. Bring a wad of cash and a bag. For an idea of what CDs you may want to buy, head to the Grindhead site.

Captain Cleanoff announce Australian tour!

Captain Cleanoff logo Captain Cleanoff have long been considered one of Australia's (and dare I say the worlds) best grind bands. These guys manage to mix mosh-inducing punk grooves with sheer blasting brutality, coupled with an inimitable vocals style, an enormous live sound and a sense of humour and fun.

Captain Cleanoff Symphonies of Slackness Not only have they released two instant classics within the genre (Self-titled and Symphonies of Slackness), but they are also one of Australia's best live bands (rivaled only by fellow grind heavyweights Agents of Abhorrence, The Kill and Fuck I'm Dead in my opinion).
