The (temperamental) Pocket – The Sea has everything a Whale needs to stay alive

LT008

Date of Release: 15-12-2008
Format: CDR
Copies: 150
Info: The (temperamental) Pocket spent most of 2008 treading water.
Returning from the wash – drenched, gave chief songwriter Nathan Martin time to loosen his stiff neck and grow out of his short sightedness. With a full band of brothers now in tow
playing stories and songs carving up servings of pacifism and pain.
This release is full of low fi folk singalongs and ballads, fleshed out with harmonica, keys, banjo, bass, guitar and percussion. The twelve song EP was recorded over Spring afternoons in 2008 at Eagle Studios, recorded, mixed and mastered by Jean Paul Fung.
The (temperamental) Pocket is soaked, sullen, waiting for the next move.
